Policies & Procedures

We are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a timely manner. The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery or shipping you select, weather conditions, and whether or not the destination is a remote location. Our delivery policies explain the delivery options available to you and how we process orders.

 

Delivery Status

 

Please consider your order delivered on the day you requested if you receive a confirmation. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail.

 

Incorrect Address/Re-Delivery

 

Changes to address information or incorrect addresses after the order has been placed resulting in a re-delivery will be subject a $10.00 charge.

 

Floral Deliveries to the U.S. and Canada

 

Note all transactions are in US currency. In the U.S. and Canada, same-day delivery is generally available Monday through Saturday on orders received before 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery periods). Orders received after 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone may be delivered the next delivery day. There are no deliveries on Sundays and legal holidays without verbal confirmation. Please make sure that your order information is accurate and complete in order to avoid delivery delays.

 

Sunday Delivery

 

Due to limited availability of florists open Sunday, we can not guarantee delivery on Sunday. However, Monday will need to be an option for delivery if Sunday is not available.

 

Floral Order Delivery Times

 

Most florist shops make deliveries during normal business hours (9 AM to 5 PM). However, since we do not know each florist's delivery schedule for a particular day, we will be unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time or within an hourly range unless verbally agreed. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery with a verbal confirmation, but they cannot be guaranteed without an additional fee required for special delivery.

 

When the Recipient Is Not Home

 

The florist may choose to leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf. The florist may also leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. Another option is calling the recipient first to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. (See Incorrect Address policy)

 

International Floral Deliveries

 

Due to the various time zones between the U.S. and other continents, same day delivery is not available. We can only guarantee delivery dates for orders received three business days in advance. You must call us to place an international delivery order; you cannot do so online.

 

Substitution Policy

 

Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, availability of some flowers may be very limited in certain areas. Also, specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.

In this event, the local florist will deliver a second choice of similar flowers and container of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color.

 

Gift Items Shipped Directly

 

Several of our gift items are shipped directly through Federal Express, Airborne, or UPS. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO boxes, hotels, or hospitals. Cut-off times for same-day shipment and available shipping options are clearly marked on the order form for each item. The date your order will be received will depend on the shipping date and the shipping method you select. Items shipped UPS Ground can take 3 to 7 business days, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Items shipped Overnight or 2-Day are guaranteed to be delivered within that period. Please note that the guaranteed shipping options are based on business days, so an order shipped on a Friday by FedEx 2-Day would be delivered on the following Tuesday.

 

Currency

 

All transactions are in US currency. All inclusive pricing includes a $9.95 transaction fee but does not include a 8.75% sales tax. In the U.S. and Canada, same-day delivery is generally available Monday through Saturday on orders received before 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery periods). Orders received after 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone may be delivered the next delivery day. There are no delivery guarantees on Sundays and legal holidays without verbal confirmation. Cancellation Policy

 

While we process your request the moment we receive it, it is sometimes very difficult to get cancellation requests complete. Our network ranges through out the country and because of the importance placed on a timely delivery of your request and various time zones, it can sometimes be very difficult to stop or cancel a delivery attempt or a placed order. Cancellations must be done with-in 2 hours of placing your order. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of a mininium $10.00 per order for any order cancelled after this period of time.

 

Petal Redemption

 

Orders using Petals will be charged the full amount at time of purchase. Credit will be applied to the account within 24 hours of order upon validation of transaction.

 

Hand Delivery

 

Hand Delivery is the acutal handling and delivery of your floral arrangement by a local florist who will personally deliver your gift to the recipient's door.

Today, many companies try to compete for low price and end up sending flowers in a box overnight only to have them left at the door for the recipeint to open and assemble.

For the freshest perishable product and prompt service, look for Hand Delivered floral designs for long lasting beauty that will be enjoy for days on end.

 

Return or exchange on gift item

 

Specialty gift items that are non-perishable may be returned for any reason, within 10 days of receipt of the item, provided the items are returned unopened with the original packing materials and documentation.

Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund (100% gift card) for the cost of the specialty gift item, a 20% restocking charge apply for credit card refund, but the original and return shipping cost will not be refunded.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned gift item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within seven to fourteen days of our receiving your return.
